This class will assist with the following:
Anxiety
Asthma and allergies
High blood pressure
Heart problems
Metabolic imbalance
Chronic trigger points
Stress in your life and high cortisol levels
Fuzzy brain, disorganized thoughts
Cold extremities, numbness or tingling
Tight muscles, cramping, persistent aches, chronic fatigue or pain
This class can prepare you for yoga or other movement classes. You may take the class as often as you wish.
There will always be something new to learn and improve upon.
- The autonomic nervous system and the flight or fight syndrome is changed completely and stress induced high blood pressure, rapid pulse and hyperventilation are calmed with breath practice.
- Your blood pressure and pulse will be checked before and after class. You will have written materials and assignments to practice at home. You will keep a pulse diary.
You can re-educate your autonomic system and your breath. Your body is intelligent and wants you to be healthy.
